Yes, but there is problem. There is not only english rules so czech rules etc need to be updated too. (wrich is not problem for me to update it). But what about rest?

Just last night I was talking to a Fearless friend on Skype and I had to explain to him that, "Yes I know there is not a single thing about Bomb RP in the rules, but if you put that bomb in the Nexus you can be punished." So many things need to be told to you.

I think that there needs to be an official page linked from the regular rules page for all these unwritten/more specific rules and rules that are hard to find (like as mentioned, the dictator rules).
