Worked for me. Opened it cerveral times to get the contra from inside. Don't know why it didnt open for you but it worked for me.

Edit- I just looked at your evidence and when you filmed it not working I don't think that was the case. From the angle you was looking at it and the colour of the lid it I think it opened but you couldn't tell. I didn't see it be opened before the contra was destroyed but then again maybe it just didn't work. I don't know why it didn't because I opened it at least 4 times using team overwrite to get money but maybe it was something faulty but I know it works. I would request the logs to be checked to confirm that I got money from the druglab that was inside.

Checking logs to see whether or not you picked up money from druglabs will not prove anything,
as you can simply toggle the fading door with you keyboard. And showing on the video, the keypad
and fading door did not work.
