I gave you about 15 minutes to make some laws that were decent, (As the ones you had already made were perma laws...) you ignored me at first so I teleported to you and asked you to. Then I gave you about 10 minutes, you still ignored me and eventually made the speed limit. I said "Thats it...?" And a further 5 minutes later of me asking you to in OOC and you generally being hard work you made the law "All green cars are illegal"
I'll unblacklist you in a week, as this was fully deserved/
