On two separate occasions, I have noticed that when two officers attempt to arrest someone at the same time, the person being arrested appears to have the prisoner costume on, but doesn't get sent to jail. I think the issue involves sort of an 'undo' bug. Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of this to provide evidence.

Fixing this is only positive, as it's one less bug to solve.

Indeed. Bloody bad bug too, as It can greatly confuse police forces.
