Need help building my PC

I have a budget of around 1000-1300 on purchasing a computer, but i have no idea what im looking at most of the time so i require my assisstance, im not entirely sure where to purchase from but i hear amazon and some build websites seem to be very handy, Can anyone help me get the full potential out of my budget? I've never really been good with computer specs and what works with what

I'd recommend a higher wattage PSU. Nvidia recommend a minimum of 600W for the GTX 780.
