Summary: Basicially caught this person speeding and attempted at pull them over many times, pointed my gun at her twice and tried to cuff her once and she just kept driving away on all 3 attempts I tried to get her out the car

There was probably more then 3 counts of breaking FaerRP in the video, but I think there is 3 main counts of breaking it so that is why I put breaking FearRP x3
