It was me who he shot I was just asking him why he is outside and then he just shot me. After this everytime he saw me in my car he was just randomly shooting at my car.

I saw him patrolling the city aswell. He also Shot randomly at people afterwards as a Police Sergeant Cars were banned and as soon as he saw a car in the city he unloaded his gun into them for no reason.
