For me it's a close battle between The Package featured in Halo Reach or Lacrimosa that is in Dead Space 2. The Package is a epic song that brings a tear to my eye everytime I hear the end when there is that Cortana themed music. Lacrimosa is that heart breaking story kind of music. It's unexplainable for me.
