Well, I would like to start off by saying this: Theo.. just doesn't like me. At all. He absolutely hates me. I've tried to be in good relations with him, but he just uses his "superiorness" and acts like I'm a scrap of meat.

Anyways, with that over with, I would like to start on my side.
I was president. I hired a guy named [FL:RP] Zombieshooter47 as my secret service. He insisted I stay below nexus, so I stayed. When I came back up, a prop pusher (who later became president, I believe he is in the previous ban request) had strewn my new Ferrari (which I had only driven for 15 seconds before becoming president) atop a building (along with many others). Now, the server had crashed an hour or two prior to this, and my internet is not great (I live in the middle of East TN), so it took me 20 minutes to reconnect. If I were to reconnect, which in the end, I did, it would have taken longer time than I had left before I needed to go to bed (exams tommorrow) I let someone else have president (who turned out to be the prop pusher), changed to BMD, then went looking for my car. As I was on my search, I found at least 3 BMWs in one spot next to nexus on the roof, but, I ignored them because the owners might have wanted to take screenshots for ban requests. I moved on a little ways, near the buildings near BP. That is where I was tranq'd and shot by people yelling "minge!" I then explained myself, and they all understood. I then was told that a quick way to reconnect was to type "retry" into the console, and it cut my reconnect time by five minutes. I came back on, went for a ride in my new Ferrari with the latest President, participated in a game at a player-made casino. Then, Theo comes and posts a ban request on me (He killed the vibe). What I did was wrong, I apologize for prop climbing, and trust the judgement of whomever it may concern when it comes down to me and the banhammer, but I'm afraid it will be my final ban as I already have a few under my belt (unfortunatley). I genuinely love this server, as 80 hours of my 1123 on Garry's Mod were spent on here. For the first time in my life, I am pleading guilty, in a sort, but asking for forgiveness.

P.S. - If I'm going to be perma-banned, could whomever notify me so I could give my belongings out to people who need them? That would be great.

Well, Theo, chances are you won't have to deal with me, or whatever I do to aggravate you much longer. I hope you're happy.

You're here making me look like the bad guy? You did something against the rules and I reported it. I'll admit that we're not on good relations because of said rule-breaking, but I don't see how you've made any efforts to be on "good relations" with me. Don't try to cloak the fact that you did what you did, and that was break the rules. All of the excess information you've put in has no relation to the case, and so lets stay on topic. This isn't about if I like you or not, not who was president at the time, what other people on the server did to you. This is about you blatantly breaking the rules by propclimbing and surfing around the city.

Let's address what you just said.
1.) Actually, yes. I am making you look like the bad guy, because you ARE. After you posted it, you happily shouted into OOC "BR on Twist3d done!," then stalked me around the city until I posted a reply to your ban request. I think you took too much joy in doing this and your anger is fueled by a grudge. As your quote says, "There is no glory in battle worth the blood it costs," in this case the glory being your triumph, and the blood being another Fearless member lost. To most, I'm just another member. Me gone won't make a difference. Heck, there's over 10,000 more just like me. To you, I'm the antichrist. You would risk life and limb (virtually), if it came to it, to have a sense of pride or superiority.
2.) I'm not trying to cloak what I did, as 4/5ths of the entire reply that I stated above was the reason behind me propclimbing. Did I say that I did it? Yes. Did I say that I apologize, and know what I did was wrong, even if it seemed like the better route at the time? Yes. Did I eventually do what was within the rules and suggested by other players? Yes.
3.) Those things that the ban request "Aren't about" make a crucial difference. The fact that you don't like me is a big deal, because that's the reason you keep persisting. Your arguments are fueled by anger. The president made a large difference, because he turned out to be the one who prop pushed my car, as I learned from other players when he chose the job (many people said "Oh no, the minge is the dictator," "the prop pusher is pres," etc.). Without knowing that it was prop pushed, I would never have went out surfing to find it, I would have just ran around until I gave up. And what others did to me makes somewhat of a significant difference, because they understood what I was doing after I explained, and they shed light on a better way to accomplish what I was originally going for.

What I did isn't nearly as severe as the other things going on the server at the time, such as NLR breaking, Prop killing/surfing, RDM, etc. You were just dead set on me, you didn't even bother to pay attention to anything else. What I did didn't hurt anyone, offend anyone, or even anger anyone (other than you). On top of that, it was justified and resolved. At this point, I would like to conclude this argument, as I have already covered all arguable points, and wait for an admin or staff member to decide my fate.

1.) Of course I'm the bad guy in your eyes. But to the many others who witnessed you surfing around the sky and disrupting the RP environment, you're the bad guy. Moving on... You mentioned the quote in my signature? What does this have to do with the case? You were propsurfing, and you must pay the price for it. The fact is that when rules are broken, there must be a punishment for it if possible.

2.) Yes, you did mention why you were propclimbing and you did give a back story to it, but you still shouldn't have done it at all. I saw tons of cars fly up in the sky, but I couldn't get a clear shot of the owner of the prop that was causing said cars to soar above the clouds. There's a difference between me just targeting you and not getting proper evidence for the other rule-breakers on the server at the time. The fact is what was going on at the time of your rule-breaking has no point to this case when we get down to the core of what was going on. You made the decision to break the rules by propclimbing/surfing onto buildings in attempts to find your car, when there were many other ways you could've gone about this. These ways wouldn't have gotten you into this situation. Some other options: Get evidence on the guy who was throwing the cars around. Do what I couldn't do and get him banned.

3.) I agree that it is best to end this argument for it is going nowhere. What has been needed to be said has been said and it should be left at that. Let us see what comes in the future.
