I generally got 8mbs on Steam, however I have seen a slowdown too at MAX 3.5mbs, and it is really pissing me off.

Not too bad considering I share the internet with 4 housemates and that I'm fairly far away from my router with a few walls and a floor in the way of my WiFi signal.
