Summary: Civera hostaged me in the city area infront of everyone. He first random tranqed me and then he put a hostage rope on me, infront of everyone in the city. He later released me.
In the second instance I was on a police pursuit chasing a blue volkswagen. Civera was running on the side of the road and started randomly shooting at my car with his shotgun. I died from this gunfire. I then became to run towards the petrol station to see if it really was civera who shot me with the shotgun. I saw him in the petrol station with a shotgun and then he killed me with it again.

Its true i hostaged you , why ? Because you killed a driver of a car who was my friend ! And i killed you !! you just came back -.-' than i wanted to mug you instead of kill you for trying to kill him again !!! You were targetting the volkswagen the hole time even after you died !!!

I chased the blue wolkswagen for driving on the wrong side of the road, I wasn't targeting him all the time. Plus the reason i had killed the volkswagen driver previously was because he tried to kill me with his car, so he left me no choice. You still random hostaged me in the city and the part where I was chasing the blue volkswagen you just showed up out of nowhere and killed me!
