This user created a shelter for their taxi in the layby area opposite the BP garage. He allegedly had permission from an admin from a few hours before placing it, but could not recall the name of said admin when requested by me and the SRU sergeant at that time.
If an admin actually approved this, I am happy for this to be denied.
