Summary: This guy, lackenboden, and his friend were basing right up the road from my own hideout. Earlier in the day my car had been stolen, so I was looking around the area on foot. As I approached the entrance to the energy management facility, I was deliberately rammed into by lackenboden's truck. As a rebel, I respawned on the other side of the bridge near the facility. When I began to cross the bridge to return to my base (it was at the bar at the end of the road), I saw lackenboden and his friend prop pushing someone in a car so the car would not reach the gate to their base. I could not get Fraps to open in time, so I take several frame by frame screenshots of this.

After waiting for my NLR time to pass, I crossed the bridge to get immediately prop killed by the same guy.
