I can backup the Homophobic language. He also RDM'd someone who had just spawned in, saying, "He killed my wife". I have no evidence of that, though.

I was standing there with him, I saw all this happen. The guy/girl/whatever did RDM someone, he just ran up to somebody at the bank who had just spawned and beat them to death with a crowbar.
