Time in GMT: 17:56 he starts his rulebreaking spree.

Summary: This cop keeps hanging around the presidents house, refusing to leave from his armed guards, the president even has a talk with him telling him to leave.
Then theres a guy with a shotgun around back trying to kill the president, a guard ties him up, the cop goes to arrest him? He tazes him? Then stands on his tazed body to kill him(he did say somewhere in game that he did't want him arrested and that hes a friend.)
Later on in the video(this is cut out from about 25 mins of him) he starts protecting the president, I've lost it at this time and just tranq him, he then gets up with a mp5 and starts shooting at the president.
Rules broken: FearRP, Trying to kill the president, stepping on injured or tazed bodies, protecting the president as a police officer?(when no one was around)
