Summary: This cop cuffed Jonesy , I have no clue why. He took up his arrest baton and started hitting him. I said "You have to make an Warrant to arrest. This is not Dark RP" (This was voice) Then he radioed in "warrant jonesy". I told him in voice " You should make your own warrant. President will accept. But you need to send it"
