When ever I join the Evo2 server I get "Hl2.exe" has stopped working. MY windows then tells me it is my data execution prevention that is the problem. Do you know how to fix this?

Try starting a singleplayer game first, then loading into multiplayer afterwards.

See that only helps me when I try to join server 1. I have tried joining a singleplayer game first and then connecting to the Evo2 but it does not help me.

If you want to turn it off/on type either of these into CMD and restart your PC.
Command to Disable
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
-----------------------------
Command to Enable
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx Optin
-----------------------------
I recommend you keep it on unless it prevents you from playing the game fully though. Just for safety. But then again I have had it turned off for ages and nothing has happened...

I Disabled the DEP, but it did not help. Any other ideas?

Your PC needs to be restarted after you disable it in CMD, if you didn't already. Other than that I don't see why you would still get the error since that is the only thing that was stopping it. Try running as admin? Or changing the compatibility mode?
