Involved: i BELIEVE that 'Midget' was there as SRU but i didn't get to see who it was.

Why we should unban you: this is one of my favorite servers on garry's mod and I even went the way to fixing my game due to an error on the server just to keep with the server! Quite frankly, I don't think i broke RP at all. Here's what happened: When the SRU was telling me to exit a car that i stole i attempted to drive away as Enzyme picked me up and took me to the top of nexus, where he told me i broke RP however i don't know of many criminals that don't take a shot at running away.

This occurred on the "rp_Evocity_v2p" server.

Because you're a criminal doesn't allow you to ignore fearRP as you're not afraid of death or police.
That's just how the fearRP rules is, and this is CLEARLY stated in the rules.
