Why we should unban you:
There is no clearly stated rule of stealing a car and giving a reason for it. I was banned as a Rebel Leader (Who are spawned with lock picks standard) and could not identify a rule that would relate to the reason of banning.

Nope, in my opinion he was in-title to do so, I told you numerous times to stop stealing cars, and we even had you at gunpoint to tell you to get out of one. Not to mention you stealing my car randomly a mutiple of two times. (I felt that I was involved etc and saw it enough to just say something in this thread.)
