No. England is full of chavs and ghettos. theres no posh place in england except buckingham palace. if you've seen the film "shank" then in my opinion england will look like that in the future lol but the film is soo funny, tyrone is soo jokes :L

Every UK ('cept Scotland) City has a posh area and rough area... Except for Bristol. You get shot for even being there.
