[Buying] school dupe

Hi, as seen in the title, i want to buy a dupe.
The dupe must be something like a school with chalkboard, chairs to sit on and a desk for the teacher.

Location doesn't matter, but i prefer in the city
Server must be : V2D

If you got a dupe of it, and it's good, i will pay up to 25k

So i have 2 dupes ready, one that can have 9 students, one that can have 6 students (higher detail) you can chose to buy one or both, i dont mind (or none if you dont like it) both use 40 props.

Anyway here are some photos:

Here is a nice feature of the 6 student classroom:
it has a toggleable Projector Screen that is "used" with a projector on the roof

Anyway those are the photos, you can obviously see it in higher detail if you decide you like it.
Im not going to define a price, you decide on that.
