Summary:
Public building trees and random props without permission; building on someone's store without permission and for no reason. (the random televisions you see in the screenie); FailRP - had a guy next to him asking repeatedly for a heal, and instead he was busy placing up the televisions, then he took off in a taxi rather than an ambulance.

Probably not worth a full ban, but worthy of a prop/physgun blacklist.

Yes it was my store he was placing props(TV,s) on i told him a number of times to remove them but he didn't listen, im also a witness of the tree spawning in the middle of BP and other places.
