Summary: I was going to go get a meeting with the president about the laws until I found out that Prochacho was Prop Blocking the entrance to nexus but also blocking the desk where you ask for a meeting or something along those lines. He was simply Prop Blocking the whole of nexus. Both doors were blocked.
