I have been on this server for a little while and some people have been having trouble with making money. I wanted to make a guide on a few ways to make money.
1. Doing your job
Yes this may seem obvious but if you are a chef or gun dealer, if you get lots of buyers and sell lots of goods. You can get lots of cash. In my opinion this works the best with chefs because everybody needs food and there will be lots of buyers. Make sure you try to mark up your prices just a little bit to make a little bit of profit. Just make sure it's not too high so no-one buys.
2. Contraband
This is a very dangerous way to earn money,but in the long run it might earn you lots of cash. When you set up Money printers or drug labs. Your running the risk of getting arrested and having your contra destroyed. If you do work it right though, it will earn you lots of cash. You don't want to make it obvious that you do have contraband. Usually set up in secret areas far from the city. This is the most dangerous way to earn money. (Note: It takes $5500 to set up a full set of contraband)
3. Cars
This method is when you buy cars for lower value and sell it for a higher price. (e.g Buy a trabant for 6k and sell it for 7k) This method is good if you usually have more expensive car like a Lambo or a Murcielago.
4. Weed
Weed is usually a relative safe way to earn cash. Basically you buy 5 pots and 5 weed seeds from a BMD. When the weed plant grows fully, you can sell it to a mysterious man named, Zakkarya. Some presidents make weed 100% illegal, while some make weed legal only for medicinal purposes, and others make weed 100% legal.
5. Custom Jobs
This may work depending on your custom job. For example, if you do Bank RP you can set up loans and deposits. And make your customers pay interest for loans. This may not work for everybody.
