White Water Problem and No Construction Props

Hello, since playing Garrysmod, I have noticed on many servers that the water is white. I have searched on the internet for help but I couldn't find anything.I also don't have any construction props for some reasons. Please someone help me!

Thanks, that has fixed my water but I still have the problem with the construction props.

I had the exactly same problem with the construction props. To solve this problem, you have to go to: Program Files (x86) --> Steam --> SteamApps --> Common --> GarrysMod --> garrysmod --> settings --> spawnlist --> default. If you are in the default folder, drag all the files out of there and put them in the spawnlist folder. I hope this helps people out.

To fix the white water all you have to do is go to your game library in steam, and right click Garry's mod and press Properties. Go to the general tab, and press launch options. Type -dxlevel 90 in it and its done. It should work.
