Why we should unban you: I was raiding the president, and I was on the top floor because I successfully raided him. I was getting escorted to the elevator by the president, as he was telling all the police officers to back off or I shot him. I went to the elevator, and then a young citizen lady was standing on the edge of the elevator. This officers to the left of me, had his tazer out and walked towards her. I said "Don't you taze her please, she's going to die if you do, don't taze her." Then he proceeded to taze her so I shot him and killed him, and then I am here. He denied a direct order from me, whilst I had the president under gunpoint AND him.

You do not kill someone for tazing a friend let alone someone who has no affiliation with you. It was FailRP on his part but did not affect you at all. You killed him for the pure fact that he tazed that person.

That is why it is RDM. Since you had no reason to shoot him.

As a rebel you care about the safety of the city, sort of. That's the type of Rebel I roleplay as, and I can assure of you I have no friendship with the person whom got tazed. I don't see how that doesn't affect me to see the people that I hate as a rebel, do something terrible to others.
I just think as a rebel you care about the city and thats why you're rebelling, you're not just rebelling to rebel, but you're doing it for the city.
I had a reason to shoot him because he did what I told him not to do, I don't want anyone to die when I RP as a rebel or a citizen or a gov.t official. That's just me, I don't want anyone to die ever.
EDIT: It affects my character's feelings as a person.. I don't like seeing people die in my character.

You are trying to tell me you are killing cops taking hostages and raiding the nexus is doing it for your city? You had around 28 kills whenever I banned you for the RDM. I dont know how you can even consider that being for your city. You dont want anyone to die so you just kill everyone? The only people you like to see die is everyone because you kill honestly everyone.

You had no reason to kill that officer other than he tazed the President's son (what I believe he was roleplaying) and you kill him because he tazed him as you are just finishing a raid on the president himself. That doesnt even make sense.

Do you know how I got those kills? I was playing the server all night.. I was killing cops for my brethren rebels and myself and our freedom, not for people yes.. No, I don't like to see everyone die, that's just stupid and dumb. I don't want to kill everyone, I don't want to kill anything, but when they challenge my freedom and my right to live I probably do.

Do you know who that person was? That was the person whom had gotten hostaged by me for leverage over them. During that raid, not even lying one bit sir, but during that raid, I felt like releasing her so many times because I had felt bad for keeping her in a garage for about 30 minutes, with nothing to do but be a hostage / rp as a hostage. I didn't want to kill the cop but he just KILLED someone out of cold blood. I didn't really wanna just see the cop get banned and go about my business, I like to keep the roleplay going, thats why I don't think it was RDM, because I was trying to roleplay the situation to the best of my abilties.
Honestly man, the only reason I even am wanting to get unbanned is because I just want to have some more time on fearless before I actually have to leave it for good, because I don't think someone like myself would come back from a 3 month ban.

I know you were on the server for a long time and that was the reason for the amount I just stated that because it contradicted you saying you dont like seeing people die yet you had 20+ kills.

Him killing an innocent person and you murdering him for that is RDM because you have no reason to kill him. That is what I am trying to tell you. That is no reason to kill the cop. That is why it is backseat administration / RDM whichever you want to say it is.

If you dont come back after the ban then I wish you the best of luck in the future. If you do hopefully you rethink your actions and ensure this doesnt happen again because it will be your last chance on Fearless.
