Greetings!

Welcome to the official MEGA corporation information desk, thank you for showing interest in MEGA. MEGA is a international commerce giant who manage a variety of enterprises that provide a wide range of specific services, these enterprises are known as divisions. Each division provides an essential service to the citizens of the world. Together as a corporation we have decided to expand our enterprise in Evocity. We plan to shape the image of MEGA into a well known household brand that we believe will grow into a trustworthy company that any member of society would gladly purchase products from.

MEGA Corporation was started by Jimmy Barkinsaw SR in 1954 under the name “Mega Shop!” it was a small corner shop in Littlestone, Evo. The shop prided itself on having exceptional customer service. Over a few years it became so popular that Jimmy expanded into a local supermarket with 3 stores across the county. These were called “MEGA Mart”. Thirty years on, in 1986, Jimmy’s son Jeff was born. By this time Jimmy’s empire had expanded across the globe. They had a finger in every pie: Retail, Security, Defence weapons, you name it MEGA had an involvement. Overall, MEGA Had brought Jimmy Billions of dollars of wealth. That was when the bubble popped. When Jeff was 10 in 1986, the share prices of MEGA crashed after a DUI incident involving Jimmy. He had run over several children in the resulting crash. He was locked away in prison for the rest of his life. Jimmy’s associates tried to keep the Corporation going but eventually they went bankrupt in 1998. A few days later Jimmy died, leaving Jeff all the money he had put aside in a secretive trust fund.

Jeff could have never had to work, but he decided to restore MEGA Corp to its former glory. So in 2004 when Jeff was 18 he started the new MEGA Corporation using his own personal funds. It took a while to get going for a long time it was just a simple newsagent in Mangerton, Evo. But when Evocity was rebuilt in 2008 Jeff decide to take a punt, he bought a floor in an office building and started a chain of computer stores called MEGA PC.

By 2012 Jeff had employed 120 people to run these PC stores. So he decided to go international with them. They were a roaring success, so much so Jeff began to expand into new enterprises. MEGA Operations started in that autumn. MEGA Bar followed soon after. Before long they had signed a contract with the government to provide personal presidential security and to lend their computer expertise to Evo’s military. Today MEGA Corporation is the biggest supplier of computer chips to Evo military. Under the corporation’s umbrella they have stocks and partnerships with many household brands such as Grapple, who are well known for their ‘iPlod’ and BAF Systems who are a leading plane manufacturer.

Divisions/Enterprises In More Depth:

MEGA is an international corporation that has many different Divisions and enterprises which do many different things. Divisions are our different sectors as they provide a service to the city, the divisions are:

Production and Development:

this is our delivery and production division that keeps the infrastructure of MEGA and Evocity running. We use delivery mainly for two things:

Production is used for building things for MEGA like the HQ, Shop interiors. You must be a good builder for this type of work

Operations:

This division is used for the protection of MEGA’s interest. Plus, the interests of our clients. We have two main uses for the MEGA Security division.

i: use of guards to protect the property, personal and interests of MEGA Corporation. This is our personal guard force that protects all that we own and all whom we employ. This is done to prevent shoplifters and general nuisances from disturbing business.

ii: Elite guards are protection for you, your property or possessions. Simply give us a call and we will dispatch the amount of guards you want to your position. Then they will guard until dismissed.

Governance

This is the main management of MEGA. They meet once a week to discuss any problems or changes to the Corporation. They take all the big decisions of the clan. To get in this division you must prove yourself very loyal and trustworthy.

This is MEGA's first event, we opened a shopping mall for the citizens of Evocity.

MEGA decided the pipes in the main street of Evocity needed replacing, so we donned our work boots and repaired them all. the process took 4 Hours but it was worth it!

Standards

In MEGA we have very strict standards and expectations from our employees. All employees of MEGA must follow these or face the consequences that are listed below these rules:

1. Always be respectful, be it to the corporation, admins and even the public. Even when you aren’t RPing with MEGA you still cast a reputation that reflects well/ poorly upon us.

2. Breaking server rules is not tolerated. If you get banned contact either the President or Vice president and they will judge if a punishment is required. Failure to announce a ban is an immediate punishment.

3. Think before you act. Don’t go running after a mugger if he’s nothing to do with the RP you’re doing

4. raiding is not allowed under any circumstances.

5. Don’t ask for a promotion. It won’t get you anywhere.

6. If you have a suggestion, suggest it! We want this clan to be improved by the members as well as the leaders! If your suggestion is approved and improves MEGA you will be rewarded!

Security Authorization

This is your security authorization. You will be told what yours is and when it changes. Although, if you look at the list below, you can probably guess yours. Keep you MEGA ID card on you at all times while in HQ as this holds your authorization that is required to access certain areas.

A0: This is guest access for any visitors to our facility. It requires a member of MEGA Operations to escort them around the facility. Access with this authorization is limited to courtyard and lobby areas unless it is needed for any others (for example a meeting) in which a guard is required at all times unless dismissed.

A1: This is the authorization for all Interns and Trainees it allows access to MEGA Facilities. Access with this authorization is limited to lobby areas, courtyards, and specific divisional sections in the headquarters. Access is granted without a guard. This is the standard access for MEGA employees.

A2: This access is for all full employees who have completed training. It allows access to all MEGA Facilities. They have to management quarters if it is an urgent matter.

A3: This is the clearance for all management and higher. They have access to the management quarters in the HQ and some of the corporations most trusted secrets.

A4: This is the clearance for Directing management, they have an all access pass and emergency powers.

Punishments

Warning points: These are our standard issue of punishment, if you are banned and don’t announce it or your ban is serious you will get one warning point. 3 in 4 months results in firing. You will lose 1 warning point every 2 months if you don’t receive one for 4 months or more.

Demotion: If you act in contrary to MEGA Standards you may be demoted. This is an alternate punishment to warning points.

Firing: If you keep acting against MEGA we will fire you. This may be for a week this may even be permanently. None the less after being fired you must apply to MEGA again and your rank will be re set.
