Black Impulse was founded by Alex Chang in 1956. It first was attempting to find future technology in weaponry, but had no luck. The Industry has been in work since then and has been more productive and very profitable. The BIS was then founded in EvoCity. There is where he had got to hire many different people as such Engineers, Agents, and even a Vice President.
His Vice President he chose in 2003 was John Chang. John Chang has been in control of the BIS Industry ever since. In 2005 BIS had gone bankrupt. But due to John Chang’s want to keep this business going he kept trying and trying. After the horrible year of 2005, 2006 then came. This year was such an important year that if Chang didn’t keep trying we wouldn’t be here today. 2006 Was the year we got funding from the president. The funding from the president came out of our paycheck as security for his government control. After 2006 time started flying and BIS was gaining members and money in minutes. BlackImpulse then became individual from the government and ran on its own. BIS now does not only work for the government anymore but works for many other things. BIS was so rich we began not charging for our security. We then almost ran out of money so we started charging again. Now in 2014 we are the most protective society of people..

Office Officials

People who are a Office Official are the head of Black Impulse. They run the industry and keep it in top form, they give orders to there respected division and have meeting regularly with the President and Vice-President. People in this section are under a zero tolerance to misbehave and will demote or kicked in a instant.





President: This person runs the Industry and make sure no one fall's out of line. They shall have full control over the whole clan and have a big say in any of the matters that are raised up. This person shall be accepting/declining the applications made by people.



Vice-President: This person shall be operating Black Impulse in the President's absence. They will not be allowed to accept/decline applications without the President's agreement.

Division's

Black Impulse Security, BIS

• This person shall be protecting Black Impulse or the client's property / V.I.P.
  
  
• Equipped with the latest and most powerful weaponry, ensuring failure won't be a option.
  
  
• Trained personally from the BIS Commander, in the most modern training facility known to man.
  
  

BIS Commander: This person controlling all operations with security matters, also this person will be giving training sessions to new recruits. They will be in charge of the whole BIS, unless there is a urgent matter that must be spoken to the President.



BIS Captain: This person is like the BIS Commander's right hand man, helping him with training, but also help in decision's and regularly gives orders to the Major's. This person should be the most experienced person on the facility, helping with the defense of the property/VIP.



BIS Major: This person will know everything that is going on by the Commander and Captain, and will be telling the Security Agent's on the field what is going on. As well as helping with securing the perimeter in case of attempted intruders.



BIS Sergeant: This person would have there personal squad to command over, receiving orders from the Commander or Major. The squad can consist of 4-10 Security Agents, depending on the ratio of Sergeant to Agents.



BIS Agent: These are the people who defend the facilities of BlackImpulse or the client's behalf. Or they could be helping transporters deliver goods to a certain point, when needed.

Black Impulse Construction, BIC

• These people are the highly trained engineers that help build the facilities for Black Impulse or the client.
  
  
• Trained in building house, bases and defense equipment to help the client or Black Impulse.
  
  
• They also inspect the constructions to the smallest spec, making sure there is nothing wrong with the construction.
  
  

BIC Head Engineer: This person shall test every facility so it will be the highest quality. As well as training all recruits to become part of the engineer team. Will be helping with some of the Black Impulse facilities to make sure they are built to the best standard. [Requires all 3 maps].



BIC Experienced Engineer: When a Engineer has done a lot of work that has made some of the main facilities in BlackImpulse at a high standard. [Promoted from Engineer]



BIC Engineer: These people are the main work force of BIC and will be doing the main building for Black Impulse and clients. Must be good at building and will be tested in a simple building. [Promoted from Engineer Trainee]



BIC Engineer Trainee: These people will be the apprentices of Experienced Engineers and must not leave sight of an higher ranked engineer when in construction of a building.
