Thats right!, it took me 87 pages to find it, but i finally got it!, the font in the banner is called Harabara,

OH MY GOD!

I dont know how I remember this, but a LOOOONG time back I was watching some video... and all I remember right now is the guy going "There is this cool font called Harabara." I dont even remember what I was watching... but thats funny cos I know teh hoal tiam.
