I've checked this addon personally, it looks rather interesting, anyways seems like evocity maps aren't 100% compatible as the lights on the roads are still there, even during the night.

Do not suggest a Day/Night Cycle, you will be ganged on. Instead, suggest Atmos, it's the same, but it will get much more support. (No, I am not trying to be a dick with this, it's just a thing I have realized) i have self control
