Summary:
Edit: At first I included both Corleone in the BR since I didn't know which was responsible. Since one was the Don the other one is the one who had killed me (wearing a white shirt underneath, not red).
I was prepping for the Horizon Festival RP on v2p near the Burger King. As I was placing some props a red BMW drives past, then backs onto me. Thinking it was an accident I wait to respond as he gets out of his vehicle (did not get a name but it was a Corleone). He then proceeds to spawn a seat and hits me with it till I die. He then gets back in his car, hits another pedestrian not even 20 ft away, and does the same thing.
Upon respawning I arm myself in case he attempted to CDM me again and warn him to stop over OOC. I resume building in front of the mechanic as a car drives behind me, turns out it was the red BMW leaving the town. I quickly leave the spawn menu and step to the sidewalk , narrowly avoiding him. He then drives to the gas station where I fire warning shots at him, he was not in his vehicle because the hazard lights were on and I could not see him. I watch down the road for a minute and become tranqued. As I run back and pass out in the parking lot he drives back over, spawns a chair, and kills me with it again.
I didn't get pictures till the end but logs should support the CDM, prop killing, and tranqing. Still not even sure how a 5 hour non-donator could get a BMW (unless it was stolen which would be another rule break since he was just joyriding around).
