Summary: I first met him when he CDMed,a lot. I do not have evidence for the mass cdm, but if anyone of the people on the server does,feel free to post evidence in the replies. I tried pulling him over for reckless driving,and he did not get out until i shot him because i decided it was the best option as he was a huge danger to others, and i would rather have one man die than for him to kill many more. He got out,and i tazed and cuffed him. He asked people to step on him on OOC and ran away from tazer and gun point,trying to get people to kill him. Later on, i tried to arrest him for assault. He tried to prop trap himself so i couldnt get to him,but i tazered him before he could do it.
