2 problems

Ok I have 2 computer troubles right now and I was hoping some of the more tech savvy of you could help me

1. whenever I join the server I seemingly have to time out once before I successfully connect
2. I'm trying to de fragment my disk and the analyse get stuck at 30% why is it doing this? I need to speed my PC up as it will crash if I even want to write a word doc sometimes

Try to verify your cache. Perhaps reinstall or something.

3)

Use a program called; Auslogics DiskDefrag

It's really good and helpful.
