Summary: Well, I was in the corleones estate because a bunch of people were saying in ooc that they were minging and rdming so I went to check what they were doing and see if I could record anything. ARROWHEAD had a snipertower and kkiler and I were telling him it's a nono for about 4 minutes then [FL:RP] Fury came up and got randomly hostage roped then was told to give 1k or die.
Rules that were broken : 5. When demanding sums of money from robberies and muggins, demand realistically ($500 maximum).

4. Do not steal, rob, extort etc. without a valid RP reason.
and possible
2. Remember - criminals do not want to get caught. Do not commit crime in plain sight or under the eyes of multiple witnesses or even police officers.
(LOTS of witnesses around including police, citizens and the like)
