Ban that is confusing me

I'm still confused that person who was changing his mind and fabricate proofs to ban me and aslo used it againts me on my unban request here:

"Keep in mind: Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead, and providing false statements is under zero tolerance - committing such violations will lead to a perm ban."

And even after this all my unban was not approved.

You've already made a unbanrequest and it was denied.
I offered you half ban time, on which you denied my offer.
The evidence was not fabricated nor tampered with.
The person who made this banrequest was punished for: "going out of his way to ban other people. Deleting important evidence in a case."
