Summary: Well we got into a bit of dispute because of an arrest. This later became an "OOC" incident were he insults me. You can check the logs because i did not once 'cus' towards him. I feel very offended by him calling me a "mong" as I'm not disable IRL but it still offends me.

Do you not have bigger versions of the screenshots taken?
Resolution is quite poor, so zooming in doesn't help as the picture gets to pixelated.
