City 17 is a metropolitan area in Eastern Europe, and is one of the main locations in Half-Life 2. The city features many Combine structures, as well as world war era architecture mixed in with modernism brought in by the Soviet Union. The city is protected by the Civil Protection, who patrol the streets and suppress uncivil behavior with brutality.
City17 is the base of operations for the Combine on Earth, and it serves as the headquarters for Wallace Breen, the human administrator for the Combine. The story plot goes on to involve Gordon freeman, and many other things, though this event will simply maintain the general combine theme as well as structure of government.
Event:
Turn the City into City 17, a combine themed and controlled area.
When will this event take place:
October 19th, 2013.
9am (GMT - 7)
Possible Admin Assistance:
Steps could be taken to increase the RP Feel, and these would include the following.
1. Transforming the police force into the Metropolice player models.
2. Transforming the SRU into the Combine Soldier player models.
3. Transforming the President into the Breen player model.
4. Adding City Scanner NPCs.
5. Darkening the sky

Architecture and Design Team:
You can be in the RP as well as the Architectural Team. Your duties would require you to collaborate with other team members, and you will be in charge of a certain section of the city. You will be required to create the combine-era theme and making it unique and flawless. This position is reserved to people who are proficient in building/decoration and the knowledge and use of the tools.

Rules
The role of the citizen is an oppressed group. Use of weapons will be impossible to buy, and therefore it will not be allowed for you to equip your own weapons during this RP Event. Gun dealers will be prohibited from entering City 17. Weapons may be hidden in certain areas of the City, and you may possibly find one of those.
This Event will only take place within the city boundaries.
The City will be turned into an RP Zone, and interfering with the RP will have consequences depending on the actions taken.
