What car-addon is FearlessRP using? I wanna fly around in my local world to make some screenshots for a photoshop project.

Some of the models used are from TDM Cars. I think some may be modified SCars though.

I [believe] all of the cars features on FL can be found somewhere in the "steam" tickbox. You'll have to go through the scavenging by yourself, as they are made by different people.
As tandy said, Some are made by TDM, an example is the Volvo.

Volvo is made by Sickness, it is the Oracle from GTA IV

Sickness and a GTA IV pack has most/all cars.
