Time in GMT: roughly 5am? (around 11pm in GMT -6)

Summary: I joined the server after a crash, only these two players were on it. I was driving around and ended up exiting my car, when these two people (who I had not previously encountered) demanded $5000 cash. They killed me, came to the city where I spawned, killed me again, said they'd bribe an admin, attempted CDM on me, and later broke nlr several times in an attempt to kill me.

First things first- You dont bribe an admin (Ever). He is lying.

Second thing- You should link each screen shot and explain, It has took me a long time to make sure I know what Is going on.

From what I can see he has admitted to Raiding "just for the money"

Your third screen shot shows a player raiding the president on the street, I did a Steam ID check to see if this was one of the players who changed their name. The player you have found in this screen shot is a different player to the two you have mentioned in the ban Request.

As you mention NLR and RDM, I suggest checking the Logs and we could find much more Evidence from there.
