My budget is around £20 and I'd like a keyboard with a few programmable macro buttons, one which I've seen is...

Logitech G105. I have it, I love it. I got it for about $70 AUD, which is about 40 pounds but it's well worth it and it has 3 profiles of 8 programmable buttons, nice mechanical keyboard with lighting and very nice feel. Good long-lasting keyboard if you're willing to spend extra money a bit.
