How can you get used to being banned for rulebreaking? That proves you doesn't care to read the rules, to read tutotials here on the forum to improve your RP skills.

I think that sums it up...

Perhaps in a few weeks you can re-apply - but generally the opinion seems to be no :/

So I'll close this for now until new evidence comes to light.
