I am interested in buying hats and rare items for cash or duplicates FL.

I don't think you can exchange in game money for items in games. Or/and money.

Yeah... the rules do apply that yo can only trade stuff ingame, like sell or buy a item... the only item that you can buy to sell is donator status...
