Happened the other day too.
We have a lot of people trying to connect when the server is full, some might connect at the same time.

I had that.. I think what it is, is when people are on the auto-join queue it now shows them up on the server list. I was trying to get on to sort out some propkiller after numerous requests and was stuck in queue.. Was 41/40 and then I was looking at logs and ASD logged on before me
 Must've been him as the 41th person.
