Why we should unban you: I read the rules before going onto the server, and in all honestly me calling him that just slipped out. I didn't know he was an administrator, and I didn't do it with an intent on offending him, or anyone around me. I apologize for saying what I did, and it won't happen again.

You've spent a maximum of two minutes writing this up, if you want an even chance in the courthouse, you might actually want to make your appeal look like something you've put effort into.

Just because someone is not an administrator, it doesn't mean you can treat them just how ever you wish, nor call them what ever you want, this point is clearly covered in the rules.

Doesn't matter whether you're calling an admin or anybody else that word - it's under zero tolerance anyways.
