Evidence:I didnt get time for a screen cap but here is what he said to me:

Me to admins: Could you unban comboy23, he didnt RDM. The president said that going past the Nexus Desk is KOS.
Termin (PM to me): It was RDM now be quiet.
Me (in reply to him): Well, could you just unban him. Hes sorry for what hes done.

Next thing i see is: Kicked: I said be quiet.

That is what happened. I didnt get a screen cap because it happened in about 2 mins and i didnt get a chance because text kept scrolling up with people chatting in OOC

I would just like to input since I was there at this time.

Derpy was constantly spamming in OOC telling, practically demanding Termin to unban his friend. I was raiding at the time this happened. The cop decided to RDM as police commander from a KOS order. Termin told everyone KOS was not allowed and that they can Arrest on sight. Another person got banned before Comboy for RDM and he didn't take the hint. This was a rightful ban and Derpy was harassing Termin which Termin asked him to stop multiple times and gave him many chances before finally kicking him.

Also I will add that I told him about rule #5 and he still refused to be quite. He is lucky he didn't get banned as well.

As Rolorox said, I said on OOC that KOS is not allowed, the president said sorry and fixed it.
A while layer, Comboy shot a rebel for being in the Nexus and he was banned for RDM.

You then complained multiple times in OOC and I told you to be quiet, you took it to PM where you said the president told you too, you continued so I kicked you. The president confirmed he did not tell you to KOS to me after.
