Radio Change?

What would you guys think to me changing the radio so that anyone can use it at any time.

Info:

I would give a basic tutorial
All details needed
Some rules and guide lines
I would keep Official DJ's and give them Priority
No need to contact me at all

So do you want the change or not?

(its not really a suggestion its more of me asking for approval or not)

I would say you keep it to the DJ's only (Would do it myself but i have NO experience at all)

So it wont get spammed, also we cant prevent people from trolling the radio then

You could do this easily with shoutCAST, maybe use a radio panel on the official page. All you really need to share is the details regarding ports and IP then official DJs can connect and stream?
