Summary: This guy broke some convicts out of jail and we were ordered to recapture them, Note: Unarrest stick was not used for the breakout. I caught one around the back of burger king, He ran so I tazed him to the ground and cuffed him. I took out my gun and waited for him to wake up. My plan being to walk him back to the jail. However just before he woke up he disconnected his final words to me being "See ya" before he left.
