Name of player: Goldenduck (I tried searching for him and he might've changed his name)

Summary: Okay, this is multiple instances of rule-breaking. Instance one was that player Goldenduck asked me to follow him to the slums because someone attacked him. Being the Police Sergeant at the time I obliged, though this rendered me unable to gather adequate evidence for my other two ban requests (I'm pretty sure someone else will get on that). He led me into the slums where he led me to the far room, saying that he was in there. I noticed that he owned a door just before that one and the one he led me to was unowned. When I entered I suspected that I may be in danger and pulled my taser out as I turned back to face him. He was holding a hostage rope so I tased him before he got the chance to tie me up. I handcuffed him and tried to negotiate with me resorting to a $2000 bribe and eventually, he disconnected and reconnected immediately. At this point I took several screenshots of the chat log.
The second and more severe instance was during a time when an unnamed cop was shooting everyone, including my self, the Police Sergeant. I was about to attempt to find out this man's name when he suddenly disconnected, seemingly due to a time-out and I was suddenly tied up. The Gun Dealer, Goldenduck was there with a hostage rope and he started to run up to all other officers, quickly tying them up as well, he then moved onto everyone else he possibly could. I chased him into the nexus and attempted to warn both the SRU and Secretary but he managed to tie them up as well. He then proceeded to pull out a handgun and ordered us into the Nexus elevator. Following fearRP as well as taking frequent screenshots I complied.
At the top of the nexus he single-handedly raided the, now defenseless, President. Fortunately the President had a keypad and so, he was delayed. He then untied me and the SRU he brought up with him, wanting us to put in the code. At this point, I'm not sure who, spawned a prop and promptly unspawned it, though the prop moved myself off the catwalk so I fell to my death.
Upon respawning I waited for the five minutes required for my NLR timed out until I was finally able to respond to the President's calls for aid, due to a Gun Dealer raiding. I entered the elevator with a person who had just taken the job of SRU. Seemingly the Gun Dealer noticed the elevator and ran to confront us with his rope. I told the SRU not to kill and I managed to tase and handcuff the Gun Dealer, the Dealer, however, then disconnected for a second time.
