Summary: There's not much to say, he wasn't on the server to Role-Play in anyway, only to minge. He broke countless rules, luckily I got a few on fraps. He broke more but at the time I was not recording.

You can see that during the video, just as he prop killed me, Fraps stopped then started, although you can see I'm in the same place, etc. You could also check the logs for it if needed.
With the last clip, I'd being telling him to get out the car for a long time with my gun/taser pointed at him, he ignored it and continued to drive me into the car wash. Once we got in and his car went, I was about to hand cuff him but he used space to respawn, therefore avoiding an RP situation.
