Summary:Man is constantly breaking nlr because he is mad that he lost Presidency due to a raid. Proceeded to be a police officer and try and kill pres as a police officer, then I killed him about 3 times as he would not stop until I got the pres to demote him. (I was SRU.) Then, we went outside with the President (all SRU) And he attempted CDM on the President, then actually CDM'd a civillian. Then, after all of this is over, he disconnects to avoid punishment.

Sadly all I have evidence of is the attempt CDM on President and succeeded CDM on Civie.
President is one in Gas Mask (Flutter =D)
